Message: <blockquote data-quote="KDM" data-source="post: 107809" data-attributes="member: 314"><p>Google "Zebra Mussel Effects on Walleye Populations" and a few other select fish species and read a few of the scientific papers that pop up.  IMO, it's a much better source of information on this issue for those interested in what the research data has to say on how ZM's affect selected fish populations.  I recommend reading only those from peer reviewed journals as they are much less likely to be politically driven or subscribe to the fringe groups that promote the polar opposites of either "the sky is falling" or "it's no big deal" point of views.  There has been some solid research done in Ontario, the great lakes, and the labs of several universities IMO.  Happy Reading!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
