The key is moderation. I dabbled in the devils lettuce in my high school years and I am glad I quit before it took control. I smoked cigarettes for many years before I finally kicked the habit and have not smoked in over 10 years. Now I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. My last bad habit is drinking and I have really reduced that to minimum. I have become more of a social drinker than doing it just to get drunk.</p></blockquote><p></p>
