If that was the case I could legally be hunting approximately 25% of the posted land I see because it’s not legally posted for no hunting. I have been told by LEO that just because it’s not legally posted for hunting I can still be prosecuted for trespassing because they intent is there. You need to call the sheriffs department if you are having trouble getting people charged.</p></blockquote><p></p>
