The only stretch that could be developed is the stuff along River Road where the bike path is but no one's going to ever allow that because it's everybody's favorite chunk of the bike path the rest of it's all floodplain. Furthermore the city has no jurisdiction over the river thus the reason why you could legally hunt the river in the middle of town if you wanted to.</p></blockquote><p></p>
