What the decibel measurement is at 25ft.  Now to me, the first two are clear, but who the heck is NOT going to notice a dude with a meter walking up to you if you are at the dock or another boat rolling up to you if you are on the water??  All you have to do is cut the noise before they get to 25 ft and it's pretty much over.  In my mind this proposal is worthless and even if it does pass, won't affect anyone, to include the air boat guy.  JMHO though.  Hopefully this proposal gets shot down just like the trespass stupidity.</p></blockquote><p></p>
