It was a 4' diameter can with 1" diameter anchor chain around the bottom. They would knock it over like nothing. We had a neighbor lose a dog and puppies from a big  brown. It ripped the door off of their shed and ate them all.  There would be a few every year shot in town that were menaces. When black bears show up now, they are like large racoons.</p></blockquote><p></p>
