The one tag concept is still flawed.</p><p></p><p>The only way its NOT flawed, if we insist on one tag, is that every hunter gets it every single year and gets to hunt with any weapon of choice until permit is filled. And now add in the wrinkle of sex/species management per unit and it becomes very interesting. You think the lottery takes a long time now? </p><p></p><p>LEAVE IT ALONE.</p><p></p><p>PS. Better yet, go help fix the problem and put some habitat in the ground.</p></blockquote><p></p>
