The gratis thing isn't perfect but i feel it gives wildlife a value to the landowners which may keep some of the habitat from being destroyed in favor of higher rent checks. Might keep some tree rows from being farmed through or grasslands being broken up for cropland. Maybe north dakota needs to go something like wyoming where they require a minimum animal usage days which is set by the area game warden.</p></blockquote><p></p>
