Time to start using it, because they wont give it back. The only reasonable things is to give them less to begin with.</p><p></p><p>LOWER TAXES ACROSS THE BOARD and figure out how to do a budget and prioritize needs. Roads, streets, water infnrastructure like DB said. </p><p></p><p>The money is there. Stop pissing down my back and telling me its raining.</p></blockquote><p></p>
