(Can't even remember his first name).Proponents of Measure 4 asked Rick Becker to come on board and explain the Measure to people at functions. He should have declined.The State takes in $10 billion in taxes and spends all $10 Billion. Counties and/or subdivisions collect $1.4 Billion in taxes. Would it be that hard for the legislature to cut $1.4 Billion in State spending and give the people some tax relief?Before anyone says the politicians did it, remember, the people are the ones who ask their elected representatives to carry Bills expressing their spending needs and wants.</blockquote>
