In more than 35 years of serving in those capacities the attendance at those hearings by the public is rare. Those are the chances for you to bring up your concerns to the people who actually set the budgets and tax levies.</p><p></p><p>It's easy to say "cut the budget," not so easy to decide what you are going to do without.</p></blockquote><p></p>
