Oil production also grew by more than 78,000 barrels a day from September to October, the largest month-to-month increase ever. Producing wells also hit an all-time high at 14,250. </p><p>"It's an indicator of the strength behind the industry and the number of drilling rigs and frack crews that are working,” said Lynn Helms, North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources.</p><p>Justin Kringstad of the state Pipeline Authority says from June to October, the state brought in $43.5 million more in state revenue because of the Dakota Access Pipeline compared to the same time period last year.</p></blockquote><p></p>
