Cut the budget on the epa and allow alternative energy infrastructure like nuclear, build gasification plants, and remove every windmill from the face of North Dakota.I understand that taxes may never go down but allowing a tax freeze on property futures taxes could be a way to allow north dakota residents a way to get ahead. This bill will never happen in north dakota there is just too many moving parts for everyone to be satisfied with the results. But we can share the tax wealth on the oil revenue like it was during the boom for all of north dakota and give the finger to the federal government oversight on what north dakota does with that revenue. I know that it doesn't help today but perhaps in the next north dakota budget proposal like increase in tax credit and freezing tax future for residential property could be a solution. Being proactive with those who have the power to make these decisions is the only way north dakota can come out ahead. I know one thing that's for certain our new governor will have no issues with signing a new bill that sees tax incentives for all of North Dakota.</blockquote>
