All the dams built were to work together to produce quality water from West to East. Devils lake would of never raised to record levels had the Corp kept their promise, the water quality in the basin would of had less concentration of salinity. Now the mclusky pipe is going to happen soon or later because the eastern part of the state is growing past the capacity to adequate water. I can't see the pipe coming to the basin but connecting through Jamestown area.</p></blockquote><p></p>
