Normally I would have been watching for them but it was 50* or so and I was wading in waist high grass. </p><p></p><p>The Doc said only 1 out of 5 bites was a "real' bite and that was the one I got. I got 26 vials of anti-venom and was sicker than a dog in the hospital for 6 days. I still watch out for them but their not a big deal to me.</p><p></p><p>On the bug thing, I hit a bumble bee once doing about 70 or so on my KZ 900. It hit me just over my goggles and just under the edge of my helmet, damn near knocked me out. I had 2 BIG black eyes for a week or so.</p></blockquote><p></p>
