The catfish are back in the middle fast water and feeding. The bite is kind of a grind this week as they are holding in smaller holes so not every hole has a fish in it. Keep the timer rolling at 20-25 minutes and stay on the move. It has been more of a grind with less fish overall but more big fish.</p><p></p><p>Two or three days dead sucker or frogs are the clear bait winners. It is a very seasonal bite right now with frogs being better in the morning and night while the sucker takes over late morning as the preferred bait.</p><p></p><p>September should be the month of big fish based on current conditions.
