When I worked there we were told to push the service warranty to the point of actually telling the customers that how it worked was they would call a number and tell them it wasn't working right and the company would replace it for free and you keep the old tool. This was to be said with a wink and a nod to the fact that the original tool could still be in full working order and no one would ever know. Was a little weird having the store boss push it this way but made allot of customers happy getting whole new kits with multiple tools because a hammer drill broke....or didnt. It was a screw up in how they had it setup and would have to assume it's been changed but never know they may still be doing it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
