Rifle range boat ramp update

On October 5 2022 rifle ramp boat ramp had 2 large payloader trenchers and 1 huge crane unit parked but not working yet. They may try to remove steel pillings in water. Boat ramp looks great but still closed. Fishing poor. Anybody know what county or nd game fish are planning?

They are pulling the sheet pile and tie backs to remove the hazard they've become. There were people that advised against the sheet pile project and its large price tag, so they are also removing what's left of the black eye.
