I would think a roofer would own a large magnet to pick up nails as they can be dangerous. Roofing nails stand up easily because of the larger head. Easily go through shoes when stepped no so imagine what they do to bare feet.</p><p></p><p>Missing the shingle spot for nailing is completely unacceptable. If the nail was visible that is beyond a miss. That is complete carelessness. Shingles not nailed in the proper spot could possible void the warranty. Instead of grading so generously I would hesitate to pay at all until completely satisfied with the job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
