Not only that, but cell service is so damn spotty in Nodak.</p><p> </p><p>I agree with Coyote Hunter, if you enjoy freelance hunting in North Dakota, contact the House and let them know your thoughts. IMPORTANT- be courteous and respectful in your comments. I have seen some truly disturbing comments from both sides of this bill online from internet keyboard warriors.
