Get yourself a yoga ball and do core exercises with it. It's the only thing that I found that can control the numbness in my leg. I had an MRI and nerve testing and the doc recommended I try core excercises before we look at more invasive treatments. It works for me anytime I feel it start to flare up I use the yoga ball for about a week and I'm good for a while. They are only 20 bucks so what do you got to lose.</p></blockquote><p></p>
