If you have cats and you let them roam you should be charged for neglect. as far as that goes dogs the same way. The dogs on the farm stayed on the farm if they were roaming the country side my uncle would shoot his own dog thats the way it was. I know how KDM feels about the dogs and cats getting dropped off in the country happen to us also. sad seeing a dog starve because they dont know how to take care of themselves and the owners thought they were being nice. yea right.</p></blockquote><p></p>
