There is no doubt that overall consumption of alcohol has decreased dramatically over the decades either because of the information that is available or the fact that they realize that the days of getting a ride home from the local leo after being pulled over while impaired are over. The fact here is that the federal government is dragging their feet to drop mj down a couple pegs allowing even more studies to be done is frustrating to say the least.
