Until the federal government reduces mj to a schedule 2 or 3 north dakota I believe will keep voting against rec use. In our poll i voted either was since I'm all for medical use while restrictions of high thc grade mj for everyday users. The reality here is that north dakota is surrounded by states that have recreational users access to mj so its really not a big issue if one wants to toke one.</p></blockquote><p></p>
