We get riled up to take our sides on guns, race, protests, abortion, socialism vs no socialism. While in the background, our middle class is being gutted, the income gap is widening like never before, our health care debacle is only getting worse with a recent estimate that BCBS premiums are going up again by 15-30% in 2021, social security continuing massive funding problems with no politician having the political fortitude to do anything about it and to top it off the national debt skyrocketing under a R administration. But we transfix ourselves on the presidential race where the real problem IMO lies in congress and the Senate. We don't hear a peep about term limits, we simply need new representation that does not bow down to lobbyists and is afraid to now fall in line with the party message. Nationally we are currently FAR from a democracy and I would contend we fall much closer to an Oligarchy currently. We see this nationally and here in good old ND.I am frankly fed up with both parties, I have long considered myself a republican but I would honestly like to see every individual currently in politics shown the door. Another problem is the extremes that our parties are nominating and we are electing. No wonder nothing can get done and no wonder we as a country are dividing more and more by the day. What are we teaching the future generations about working together, compromise, etc. Absolutely nothing, Something needs to change in this country and it needs to happen fast. It is going to take one hell of a leader to unite the USA again if that is even possible at the current state of the country.</blockquote>
