PLUS the state of Colorado will save $145 million tax dollars through marijuana law enforcement, court cost and prisoner confinement. In the short term a small portion of that savings will be moved to DUI enforcement and heath services but they will still save money because they aren't spending millions on busting and prosecuting potheads.</p></blockquote><p></p>
