I've been at my current place of employment for 17 years, and in a round about way got transferred form "The mother ship" as we call it to this job, so I've basically been with the same company for 28 years. I receive 5 weeks vacation, and 4 floating holidays. The rules are use it or loose it. This job is in the Ag industry, so you basically work your ass off for 3 months out of the year, and then its not so hard of a job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
