I shoot a cast 310 gr flat point. The calculation below is at 1300 fps, but I can get it to 1350. At 1300 fps I can go shoot 50 rounds, but at 1350 fps I worry about the old Smith and Wesson holding up. They say it shouldn't be a stead diet in the S&W.
