We have a 20' YarCraft fishing boat and a 24' pontoon - both on lifts.  The half my time in CA I'm picking oranges, lemons, grapefruit and avocados from my fruit trees - oh and once a month I mow my yard.  What I do not do in CA is shovel ANY snow or scrape ANY frost from my windshield.  In 41 years in SJ there has NEVER been ANY snow on the floor of the Santa Clara valley and being only 25 miles from the Pacific Ocean and its constant 50° ± temp our average lows are in 40's and highs in 60's.  Seems like a win/win for us.</p><p></p><p>So no I don't need any help.  After making the 3 day drive from CA to Metigoshe for 13 years what I would like is a plane and pilots license!</p><p></p><p>ps:  It's 66° here now at 4:15 PST.  How 'bout where you are?</p></blockquote><p></p>
