I'm not sure why the AWD and the 12v accessory plug would be on the the same fuse, but if that is indeed the case, the easiest thing to do would be to install a separate 12v plug that comes from the battery posts, or wire the heater directly to the battery. </p><p></p><p>If the heater has a high and a low, you could try the low setting to get you by. Some of those little defrosters are pretty high wattage. Watts divided by Volts (12) gives you the amperage.</p></blockquote><p></p>
