Decent story I guess...</p><p>Was having a hard time finding hunt able land in unit 51 but made some calls and a buddy got a lead west of Burlington. Got out there later than I wanted but was only planning on scouting when I see 3 hens and a nice tom headed towards the mouse river. I went straight to the bank hoping to cut them off and got there just as they were taking flight to cross the river to their roosting tree. The Tom was the last to try and fly and I shot once and nailed him but he did manage to go into the water and flap himself across to the other side. So I did have strip down and wade across and get him, but we'll worth it! 10 inch beard and gorgeous fan!</p></blockquote><p></p>
