Message: <blockquote data-quote="db-2" data-source="post: 149808" data-attributes="member: 4743"><p>Cabin fever</p><p>i was cleaning out my room and found 30 unused paper deer tags, one flat tin tag (1968) and one ball tag (1966) along with a few for the wife.</p><p>have not applied for a rifle whitetail tag since 1997.  My dad had a bunch of kids for a reason.</p><p>Probably hunted for the first 6-7 years before my tin tag went on a deer I shot.</p><p></p><p>Glad I have not applied for some more as I assume at my age I will never get them all used up as it is.  </p><p></p><p>Just trying to remember that first deer.  Xmas before I went to nam my gift was a teddy Roosevelt 94 30-30.  That must of been my first.  Small buck but then too long ago and too many brain cells got ate up by the old mill so not sure.  Db</p></blockquote><p></p>
