I used the new mower twice and the self propel went out. I returned it to sears, they sent it to someone in Hettinger as that is where their repair guy lived (100 miles away), so that took a week to get to him, then he order parts, that took a month, then he finally fixed it (took another month) then the shipped it back to Dickinson, and 3 months later I had my mower back. </p><p>Because as you all know grass never grows through out the 3 months of summer, so they conveniently told me I could drive up and use their stores mower whenever the need arises...NICE..</p></blockquote><p></p>
