Then i was scared thin --- that worked really good --- down from a touch over 300hundo to about 260.   Then i put more weight on to 270 and then i was scared thin again -- this time a 4 day stint without food or water just an IV hopped full of good stuff.   My stomach shrunk and then i was losing again--- 240 -- now i float around in that 240 range -- want to be lower but my muscles and my stomach and everything else hurts from my meds to excercise to much.   40min cardio a day and then some weights.    Weekends are my worst enemy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
