Made it about .5 miles from the launch and the motor died. No big deal hooked up the trolling motor and headed back. Made it about 200 yards and the battery died. My own fault I should if made sure it was charged. So I'm stuck about 50 yards off shore. I half thought about swimming till I touched the water. I used my net as a paddle for about 20 yards till I could hit shore with one of my trolling rods with a 2oz weight. Was able to get the weight tangled put in some cattails on shore and reel myself in. I then had to drag the boat up on shore with the pickup couse I couldn't get the trailer in the water in that spot.</p></blockquote><p></p>
