Once sheep season is upon us, we have to do a food drop at our high camp a week before hunting. My job is to run up the 6700 ft elevation and cut trail through the brush to secure the food. After that run, I find out very quickly if I am prepped properly for the coming season or not. I don't know if you can train for packing meat out though.
