That's how they do things to sneak them in. Was in the news..got some heat now the people pushing it will pull it out of the public eye to let things cool down..then hopefully everyone forgets how bad the idea is and wham
..ramp gone and they get what they want. All of these things should have to be voted on just like Zimmermans great idea for a $200 million indoor sports complex..let the people decide....I believe it's still a go though...

This should have been addressed prior to the city giving a way the land the existing ramp is located on not after.

The next step is to leave all existing ramps in place and add additional ramps where possible.

Maybe someone already mentioned this, but Mandan is getting a new ramp just to the north of the interstate by car bodies...or something like that. Maybe this was the plan all along, lose one in Bismarck but gain one in Mandan.

Yes Kathy Fiest from Bianca realty. The house (McMansion) just south of the water plant that looks like it’s stuffed on the lot and should be in south port or misty waters. Not sure how many Kathy fiests there are in Bismarck. Never understood why you’d want that house in that spot other than to gain attention

When see built see had water front to river than crazy high water many years happened and put a beautiful big sand bar now not so nice view now was she not happy about whole ordeal I would guess?
