    We buy the 1 lb. frozen tubes (93%) from SuperValu stores. It keeps well and works well for any recipe as an ingredient. We hit Butcher Block in Mandan when they have their ground chuck on sale. Great texture and no added water. Makes great burgers!

    The proposed amendment to the constitution would require a buffer of 5 miles from any populated city of more than 5,000 and 20 miles from the boundary of an Indian Reservation. It's 5 miles across town in Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, etc. so this distance would not be and issue.
