Any one have any info on this my wife showed me it on Facebook I say let's go hunting this critter and make a contest out of it everyone who hunts it puts in 20 bucks winner gets the money to mount it lol

Gators are cheap, and anyone can buy one for a pet. They grow fast and get dumped in rivers and lakes almost as often as unwanted cats n dogs get dumped in the country.

They'd never last a winter here, they can tolerate short cold periods (upper 20s max) but certainly not a ND winter.

MSA is right, you all may recall several years ago where a cayman was found by the East Grand Forks boat ramp on the Red River. It was only about 3 ft if I remember correctly.
