Yes I did read your post on that before. And you did answer my question.

So if some of the land was converted to monies then I can understand holding on to those funds and only using the return on those funds for schooling as if the land was still own would do.
As way back when, we still have the assets to provide for schools be in now not just land but land and monies someplace I assume giving a return on those monies. And those monies sit in the BND?
Since 1970 they no longer sell and I hope that will continue and keep it divertify in the funding of schools. DB
