They are worth it. Works well to keep the rocks/goopy asphalt off not only the boat but trailer too. Bought mine in Garrison as well.

They do work. Just make sure you bend that little hook on the bungee so it doesn't pop off. I lost one and drug another for a while.

I did not have luck with the bungee. Ended up buying the metal bars that connect to the trailer. They work slick, but more cash. They should include them.

Do they work better than a Rock Tamer? Seems it would be nice to have something that attaches to the truck so it can be used for other towed items too (i.e. jetski, camper....)

Why not have both rock tamer and bow buddy.... cause that's what I'm doing

Just bought and installed today.... install went good and quick with a friend helping... so far so good with everything, now up for sale is the rockstar mud flaps I don't need anymore
