I believe (I could be wrong) that it is best to run the batteries close to the end of their charge before charging.
I have a couple of
different chargers. One being a so called fast charger the other charges more slowly. My question is the slow charger better for the battery???

Thanks for any and all input.

No need to run down lithium batteries before charging. If they will sit idle in storage for a while it's best to not store them fully charged.

The name brand tool batteries and chargers have logic circuits to optimize charging such as not attempting to charge when batteries are too cold or too hot.
