Just used my fried fish recipe on some deer backstrap, turned out great. Cut the strap into bite size pieces. Shook em up in a zip lock of flour. Run thru egg bath, then into a zip lock of crushed up garlic Ritz crackers. Pan fried up.....damned good!!

That sounds good. I was sitting in the fish house when the game was on fishing is more fun for me.
