Normally when fishing in heavy wind, I prefer to do a series of things: cast down wind, use heavier baits, fish more aggressively...but what happens when the fish won't go for that? Can you possibly finesse them with light jigs when you can barely feel or control what you're doing? That's what this video is all about.
