We went out ice fishing and set up some tip-ups and a couple gill-o-tines. Things were pretty slow overall, but we ended up having the most action on the Gill-o-tines. Sydnee jigged up an absolute monster pike inside the shack, easily her biggest one to date. That alone made the day worth it.

We fished until just after sunset and then called it a wrap. Only one giant walleye and a few pike, but even on a slow day, landing quality fish is always a win.
