All the buzz in the air said go to Steinke Bay. Well, we waited a few days so the bumper-to-bumper boat traffic would be gone. Apparently, there were a few fish, but nothing that would draw the crowds. It sure is nice to be able to catch a few on a dead calm day close to home, though. Hopefully the east side regains the numbers it had in 2017-2019. As of the last few years, the fishing has not been gang busters unless you find a congregated school. Today was more evidence of that. The east side isn’t what it once was. Regardless of that, we had a blast and it was a pleasure to have my good buddy, Gerard on the boat with me again.Keep coming back, subscribe if you haven’t, and don’t forget, you’re going to love it!
