My insulin pump uses AI…works pretty good. Hasn’t hijacked my life so far…
Trust it if you like. I don't. Just like I won't ever trust the gps controlled auto drive that runs the 750K combine that hit me and my grain cart TWICE last harvest season. Call me old fashioned, but a pitchfork, some hay, and a bit of sweat will ALWAYS get the livestock fed when the skidsteer, feed grinder, feed cart, or any number of other machines break down.

Iv'e been known to twist my words during a conversation. AI is akin to artificial insemination .

I believe AI will be able to produce new chemical compounds or hypothetical equations that will help in better treatment in diseases. Being able to compute in fractions of milliseconds continously for hour will help in producing those break throughs needed for advancement in human treatment.
