I noticed that there is leftover cow elk tags. They must have run the draw . Going to be interesting to see how they deal with the leftovers . If people will go after them .

If they do have left over tags, it would not surprise me if they issued them as gratis tags to the landowners???

A landowner that allows a certain number of hunters on their property can already get a cow tag.
