I don't know how a non-resident coming in and fishing and catching a limit of fish is raping the resource. And a resident is not raping the resource.

I got the same kind of statement from Blue Cross. In the year 2025 all Dr visits with a 45000.00 foot surgery and knee procedure and follow up visits over 75000.00 and my out of pocket was less than 300.00
