Not every lake is netted or surveyed every year, which further delays stocking and therefore it's rebound time.     I don't think we need to drill into the guy for wanting to assemble a FFS system for as cheap as possible. We don't know how he procured the system... as in a whole unit or partitioned buys, nor his financial situation (or maybe you do, I don't). I bought a 93SV for $300, seen a LVS32 for $250...
